Hello, I need an awning crank, and I believe the part 39-026 is what I need. Based on the picture attached, does that seem correct? Thank you! Our windows are old, and I cannot locate any brand name or numbers

I believe it's a copperite color I think it's 1 5/16" between the centers of both screws on latch

I need to have two new screens built, but no one seems to have this locking system, I have 21 screens on my house all the same, but don't know where the original builder got the screens, help identify please.

Howdy! This is a Viking window that needs a pair of balance springs. The metal is 29"; with the clips it is 30".

I have a very old Andersen thumb latch for glider wooden patio door. The srews are 13/16 apart from each other. After the screw holes are the latch.It's bronze. All the latches I see are the thumb latch are between the holes. I do not know how to down load to computer. Any help would be apprecia ... (cont.)

is this a closed or an open balance shoe? Not sure which one to purhcase. It is 1 1/4" wide. Window is a tilt vinyl window and the window has been removed from the frame. this appears to be a Series 395 with 19-005 top and a 15-001 bottom. the aluminum tube measures 30". However, there is stamping on the channel that notes 29-5 and smaller letters PA D31. By chance does the 29-5 indicate 29" length despite the 30 inch measurement?the window sash weight 13.9 lbs so ... (cont.)
