Have a Andersen Window with a bad sash balance. Numbers on balance are T31231 11-87 and 11600-2. Looking at your parts list the 1231 Sash Balance should fit. If so I will order 2. Thanks Henry

I think the broken piece is a "window lock." But I think it is 2 3/16" on hole centers, not 2 1/4" shown online. It is 3/8" hole to edge as shown online. Thank you for your advice! Jeff G
