Looking for the correct bracket for the locking mechanism to latch into WHILE making contact with and depressing a pin that must be depressed for locking mechanism to operate. Eagle casement windows. Looking for the locking arm. The pictures show the window without the arm ( missing) and the other picture shows the window with the locking latch or arm. Also they come in left and right rocking arm from up to down position. Please advise Thanks

Good afternoon, My house was built in 2008 with atrium windows. I have attached a picture of the lock that I have broken. The bare metal part should fit into the plastic one. The screw spacing for the smaller part is 1" and 2" for the larger part.

I am looking to replace the piling on the door at my store. the base of the removable piling in 1/8", the gap between the doors is 1/2". I didn't see anything that matched and looked similar to the old piling.

Please help identify if the a series 500 may work for my current project. Or if this is a custom balance. Thank you.
