Locks seem have a little bit of play and do not latch and lock

I have barricade windows installed rolox about 15 years ago. This upper sash handle broke off. Do you have a replacement part? Is it something that can be replaced without taking the whole window apart?

I have Lincoln Windows that are 36 x 62. The balance is a spring loaded device located above the window with cords coming down each side to the cam lock device for removing the window. I can find no markings anywhere on the window. I need to replace the balance.

My windows are hard to open and close, even though the balancers appear to be intact. Maybe buildup of grime/dirt? I tried to clean them, but didn't help. The numbers printed on the balancer are 2630 J.

Attached are pictures of the Showerite door glides I need. The door was purchased about 16 years ago from Lowe?s. (Showerite reedef silver model # 29041). I need two of them. Do you carry them?
