These tilt latches are smooth on both sides (no raised notch). I have searched in local hardware stores without luck - the ones that are available have a small round raised notch and will not insert into the window correctly.Thank you in advance, Becky

I cannot find this particular vinyl retainer or anything close to it. Please help on ID and where to get it. It is off a Pella storm door. It is 15/16" wide and the lip or curve is 1/4". Thank you.

I wanted to know if these constant balances can be replaced with the 140 singles? I replaced these less than 8 months ago and they broke again. This type of shoe makes the window very hard to remove and install. These old balances are very poorly designed.
