I have a Hart manufactured 2003 double wide mobile home. I've got 2 windows with broken balances. Windows are 59x43. Are these pictures enough to identify what I need or should I take things apart further?

We have existing Bi Fold Door where there is a damage to Wood where the top Guide rollers are installed. We are repairing the wood .The Channel is 5/8" wide. Hi, would you be able to advise if this is the correct channel balance replacement. Think I need the S385-12 (1150) as the windows weighs 17 lbs. Old balance is stamped 11 9 EX CMC 7.

Hi--I've got two Marvin windows that are great but the weatherstripping in the lower window has been damaged. 1) Which side of the window does this "coil balance shoe" shown in attached image work for, left, or right, or interchangeably? 2) My tilt window can not stay at an open position. Is this caused by the aged coil spring or coil balance?

Need this replaced!! Mechanism dosnt work right and lock tab is twisted. This is the only source I have found to ask questions. I just want to confirm exact part and find a fast deal for a good strong replacement.
