Need to replace this hinge. Truth 30744. Ordered 36-004-10 thought this would work. It did in one of my other windows but not on this one. What do I need?

I believe this is a certainteed sliding glass door installed in 2007. One of the mortise style posts is broken. The distance between the screw holes is just under 5 inches. Do you have a handle that will replace my broken handle?

This is the outside storm door handle that needs to be replaced. It is a Cole Sewell door. The overall door handle is 6.5inches long with screw holes 5 1/4 inches apart. The door is 1 inch thick.
