I need this part complete with coil

I have a channel balance that is 29" long (the metal part only) as well as 1/2" in width. The only difference there is between my current balance and the series 351 or 390 is it seems like my balanace has a different shoe. This shoe resembles the product code 15-003.

Hello, I need help identifying a part. It is a block and tackle and the window does tilt in. The bottom panel that tilts weights 19.5 lbs. The block and tackle is about 29" long 9/16 tall and 9/16 wide Hope you can help...Photos attached....Ron
