hi, I would like some help with some balances I bought, I would need help finding the correct sash clips for them. I bought 8 balances of 30" Series 600 spiral tilt window balance and 6 of 36". please help me to find the correct sash clip for them. Thank you

These are 1/2" wide, 28" long (metal length only) Have not weighed the sash but the window fits an opening approximately 35.5 x 59.5" Single hung, does not pop out

Hi I am looking to replace a broken Cardinal IG Sash Tilt Pivot Pin, one of the windows on a house I just purchased does not open easily and discovered that the left side of the window the pin is broken off. Do you carry the part for e Cardinal IG window? If so is this a part I can order from you? ... (cont.)

This metal part located at the bottom of the double hung window and slides into the pivot shoe ( I think). They keep breaking. Attached is a broken part and others in the window. Any ideas? Thx, Greg

I just moved into a home and the casement window are missing the operators on both windows?! Not sure of the brand as they are old or exactly what hardware is needed but I have pics that might help. It looks like a one-arm operator to me. Thanks for any help.

All we can tell you that it is part of the window's track, but we need to replace it. If you can, can you tell us the name and what it does so we can replace it.

It's a 29 inch metal channel that appears like 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. The stamp on the channel is 28 5 HR Caldwell. Will this correspond to 29" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE with 2850 option? I'm presuming that the stamp 28 5 HR Caldwell corresponds to 2850 option that corresponds to 28 to 32 ... (cont.)

The part I am looking for is plastic. There are 4 installed on the window frame. Two on the top of the frame and one on each side. The side pieces are the receptacle for the screen plunger latches.

While opening the door the pin that holds the handle in place dropped and bounced away. The serial number is A-1329797. I can find no model number. I'll need to order the inside handle and the pin, if you'd send me he price.

2 3/8 inches x 7/16 white plastic. Tension string hook goes in top. Window metal peg inserts in bottom hole 3/16ths diameter. See photos. Sorry the picture of one in the window is not very good. Thank you for your help.

It has 2030 engraved

In need of replacement spring/coil for certainties single hung window. Not sure of the model. It was installed in December 1999. The weight of the sash is approximately 20 lbs 8oz. The spring/coil has the number 10 stamped on it.

The windows were installed in 1997. There are not any numbers or markings on the lock. I ordered at one time part number H4082 from CR Laurence Company (if that is any help) which is the connecting arm (if that helps).
