Hi, We have 2 old windows (the rest have been recently replaced) that use these and they keep breaking (the ones on the newer windows are metal). I haven't been able to find exactly the same pieces to replace them, so am wondering if you have something that is close enough to work? ... (cont.)

My windows are made by Simonton. I'm looking for the window locking pivot with markings, "PAT no. 5,704,165" on it and the balance cover, spring holder with "3/8 dual" written on it. Thank you. Sean

Attached is a photo of the plastic/with roller piece that goes on the bottom of the vinyl slider window. I think that the window may be a Repco window. If not a Repco window could be a Mastic.

This part attaches inside the bottom window pane. It releases window so it can be removed.

They said this came out of a ROMA window that was purchased through Home Depot. I am not sure at this time how many are needed. Looking to find a part number and vendor to direct them to. Thank you for any help you can offer. Ralph

Vinyl tilt windows 36x62. I need the pivot feet also. I need a set of two...one for each side of the window.
