Hello, Our window broke, and the channel balance popped out of the window. Looking for a replacement! What is the best replacement part for this? It's also a fairly heavy window, though I don't know the weight of it.

on pic 9349and 9351 you can see the piece is missing. on pic 9361 (on another window) you can see the piece is there. Can you tell me what part number I need? I think it is part number 39-520 (13 and 1/2" Operator Track)

There are no markings anywhere on the window. It is an aluminum window. The screw that holds the latch on also holds the top and side rail of the window together.
