These photos may not be the best! Could not find numbers or names or markings. These parts are what help the window go up and down. the strings & the metal cylinders are no longer tight. If you can not make out the items in these photos I will try to get a different angle

wooden handle goes to nearly 11 inches the screws are at base at as bout 1/2 inch the other st 51/2 two holes on middle of this is 21/2 and other at 31/2. The other handles has screws at 1/4 and other at 51/4.
