It appears that my Alenco window channel balance is broken. The number on the channel balance is "2720". It is 1/2" wide and I think (because it's mostly exposed) is most likely 27" long. The channel that the wedge or shoe rests in (see item C-Bottom), is approximately 1 3/8". The bottom sash is 29 7/8" by 32 3/8" wide. Frame opening is 32 1/2". The channel that both sashes sit in is 58 1/4" high.
