I have two awning windows and one of them had the handle crank stop working. Pictures attached show the working window.

Metal rail is 29 inches....

so is it a sliding glass patio door, the only thing I can see on the label is summit something, when I take the handle off the door there are two holes between the mounting holes, and then what you see in the photos. I purchased the 90-021 and it worked fine on my slide window on the right side of my picture window, however it does not seem to work for the left window, is there a right and left model for the 90-021? Your link must be down. The dimension on the web are the same as my parts. The looks and shape of the parts are the same. I find only a '5' marked on my parts. Nothing on windows we could find to identify. Builder referenced us to their rep who said was MI Silverline window (2013). Mgf site says is a window opening control device. Do you handle this part? Thank you.
