I have a couple of channel balances that are damaged and don't enable me to open the window. I found this on the backside: 28 3 IW CMC 7. I'm wondering if you know what parts I need to fix the window?

I need replacement trim that is not a insulator but covers the casement window. The slot is 3/8 inches and each is trimmed at a 45 degree angle to frame the window like in a picture frame.
