Can you please let me know what hardware is a match to these sliding glass doors? Both need rollers replacement badly. Both doors are very hard to open and the sliding hardware is useless and broken. Thank you so much foryour help with this and your time. Laura

this double hung window has a spring ballance with the spring exposed. The spring is screwed into the top of the channel and attaches to the shoe at the bottom, see pic. Looking for pivot bar replacement for double-hung Poloris windows.

These Caldwell balances have "32 4 IP CALDWELL" stamped on them. Other ones had different letters than IP, like HP. The metal portion is 33 inches long. The channel has a ridge at the bottom which is 5/8" wide, but the main portion is slightly bigger than 1/2".

Are the upper and lower window spiral balances the same length? At some point the balances for the bottom window were removed and discarded. The top window balances are 18" long with an orange tip. Also, there is a square hole in the vinyl where the balance should attach to the window frame. See ... (cont.)
