This is for a Crestline Patio door. The code between the panes of glass is z30004x69b5m. I am told by Cresline it's 2004 door and is an obsolete item. Can you help find it or is there a glazing bead which is interchangeable?Thank you,Linda

Peachtree D/H window installed approximately 1988 defective sash balance

Sash balance on left side of lower sash is defective (loose cord is visible) making the sash very difficult to open. Tag on window states "Peachtree G2887 Type AE". Do you stock replacement balances for this window and should the "Balance Plugs" be replaced too? Thanks
