Hi, I have bfs windows and several channels need replacing. I want to make sure I order the correct replacement. They are 28 inches and have a 27-4 stamp with no other markings. It appears one of the side clips is missing and cord is broken. Can you help me? Thank you, Meg G

my door is on a 1985 stardust cruiser houseboat the h track has a pressed in roller wheel with a roll pin the track is made of aluminum and is made so the top of the wheel fits thru a cut out in the h track mine is wollowed out where the roll pin goes in. can you help?

That information won't identify your roller. Really, only removing and inspecting the part will help. You can compare it to the single wheel and double wheel rollers in our selection.

I'm not sure exactly which style of balance your cord came from. Could I see a photo of the cord, as well as photos of anything attached to the end of the cord? Does the cord come out of a box, or metal assembly of some kind?
