Hi, I received an order with five tilt keys/part 95-236. The swisco video shows how to install them in a stamped screen window frame. windows are double hung. The balance has one stamp D73 7127 683 on one side and 11600-17 on the other. These numbers don't jive with any numbers on the parts list on your site. Which ones do I order? Thanks.

I can't get my lower tilt window sash out because of these parts that are over the pivot. Do you know how to remove the sash with this type of hardware? Thanks!
