Looking for a replacement boot glaze gasket for the insulted glass unit. Units appear to be 3/4" OA and 1/2" oaThe current gasket is Tan in color. Do you have anything that could be used as a replacement? thanks! Geoff

Hello! Do you think you could use 15-104? It looks roughly the same.

The center to center on the holes is 2 1/4". The tongue sticks out 3/8". It looks very similar to your part number 90-009 but the tongue looks more like your part number 90-005.

We need channel balances for two windows. One is 18" with a one inch shoe. It has stamped on the balance:17 5 CR CALDWELLThe second is 27" and has no stamp but also has a one inch shoe. I know it is the 380 series but am waiting for a scale to weigh the window.We need to order two of each as soon as ... (cont.)

I believe this is S380-28. Does that look right? Just make sure that 28" is the length of the metal bar, because that's how we determine the length of the balance.

My dual arms glide work just fine, but the operator is stripped. Do you handle that part? What's the point of having old windows that you can't open? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.Pat

I am replacing the 600 series balance and pivot in a tilt window. I do not know how to get the window back in. Should both pivots be at the bottom? Same height? thank you!

This window balance is within a plastic tube and has a green plastic cap. It measures 25" (entire tube)

This is a channel balance from a window that was manufactured in 1989. As you can see not all the parts are here and it fell apart when i took it out. the unit is 27" long. It goes on a window sash that is fixed and 36" wide. there are no stamped numbers on the frame. Need to know which model numb ... (cont.)

the hook out odf the 1/2 x 3 inch door edge apparatuus no longer functions. this is an older unit but kept in new shape that needs help. can you offer any. I am a retired Jeld-Wen employee .
