Hello,It looks like your pivot shoe is broken, but take a look at our 15-015 shoe. This looks like a pretty close match, but I'd recommend comparing our dimensions to an unbroken shoe from the other side of your window. Thank you!

Hello, I need a few pairs of S385-34 with option 3340. My windows are in a very good shape but They are a bit heavy to pull them up and down. Is there another option that I can use to make it feel a bit easier to pull them up or down. Regards, Fred R. San Diego

Pins appear to be aluminum, there is a circle on one side of the pin near the rounded end with a number 1 inside the circle. I'm not sure age of windows? - 2-3/4" long - top to middle of screw hole- 1-1/8"

Note arm at bottom of spring. This is screwed to the underside of the sash. Top of spring is just screwed to the top of the frame. Windows are from about 1952. Weight of sash is 7 1/2 pounds. The handle has SEMCO 0n it. It measures about 3" and to the best of my ability it looks like the hole by the set screw is 11/32 nds. Handle is made of cast/iron. Wondering the best place to get them, I need 17.
