I'm looking for replacement Sash Weather Stripping for Semco casement windows. They were manufactured around 2001.

I am looking for some weather stripping as shown in the attached pictures for windows. These are the same windows I purchased the Spiral Balances through Swisco.

I am looking for a replacement handle with lock for a 6' Acorn insulated aluminum sliding glass door. The face plate is silver metal with a wood handle, the door was purchased in 1978 and is anodized alum. frame.

I order Series 795 window balances. The balances fit the channel but the Balance shoes that were shipped with the balances don't fit. currently this Phillips door lock is mostly on the inside. I'd like to be able to change it so I can have a keyed lock outside. the door frame is 1 inch thick. do I have any options?

See the attached pics. No markings on door as to manufacturer Door is approx 39 years old but still works well. This part part is so old it became brittle. Can you find me the part?

Hi, I have a double hung vinyl window with broken coil springs. The only identification I can find on the window is a sticker with CBM INc. - CA. The coil spring is .75" wide and is stamped SK 108. Thanks, Micah

sash guide has no number but drawing shows the dimensions. Window channel balancer have numbers 29-5 BHS (2) and 29-4 (2) the metal part actual length dimension is 30" Would like to purchase 4 sash guides and 2 each of the Channel Balancers Could you please identify the correct replacement parts ... Trying to replace the sliding door handle. The handle is actually ok but the bracket that attaches to the handle and the door needs to be replaced. One of the 2 mounting nipples broke.
