lock set for Milgard tuscany sliding door

Looking for replacement latch. original windows installed 2010

Looks like this unit is coming apart. Tried to find Paeco on the web to no avail. Appreciate your help.

There are three of these pieces for each casement window. It holds the the metal bar that helps regulates the opening and closing of the window.
