I have windows that were installed around 2011 CertainTeed type they are not staying up on their own there is a plastic piece in the vinyl frame that is not attached to the sash and I cannot identified it .

Do you have any pivot shoes that will fit this old style pivot bar? I have the same pivot bars, my shoes cracked in 1 window. Hi, I have the same window with broken coils. Who makes this window and HOW DID YOU GET THE PIN OUT TO REMOVW THE SASH? It's not the regular easy out that I've seen. I removed the screws underneath but it won't budge and I do t want to break it. Regards Sid

Looking for sliding glass door locking mechanism. There is no numbers on the part. See pictures.

the latching spring on my enter 322 seems to have worn out. It doesn't seem to have the strength to overcome the weight of the spoon handles when closing. Have Kinro brand windows. Caldwell series? Need to replace the balance sashes. 1/2 " with 26 4 KR stamped on them. Can you tell me what to purchase?

The bottom window is 35"wide and 37"high what balance do I need.
