The metal is 29? long and the width at the open side is about 5/8?. I have included pics and measurements of the ends. If you need any more measurements to identify what I need then just let me know. We purchased a Louisiana Pacific patio slider with the grills between the glass and with a Brass Legacy Lockset. window balance parts identification

I need to replace the balance for sash windows. The windows are not awning units. The metal portion of the balance is 33 inches long (not including the plastic shoes pieces). There is a part number on the existing balance..."32 5 JR CALDWELL" The balance is a 1/2 inch wide

Only identifying marking is 28C. The length is 29 inches
