looking for a latche part # 85-618-WA

My handyman bought a few sash balance from you, then found out that the windows do not hold the sash balances. After checking more carefully, found out that the plastic sash balance guides(?) are broken or too fragile to function. Kindly identify what part should I buy? Looks like I need a bunc ... (cont.)

Hi My broken channel balance has the code 26 9 KW CMC 11 on it, it measured 27" (metal part). Can you please recommend a replacement? Thanks Pok

Hi, I am a Broker of KJ Realty, I have lots of my clients who have Rental Properties, almost total 30 houses in Valencia area. And almost of all the houses have the window balance problems. One of the house have a broken balance, its' length is 18", but I've seen your items, only 15" and 1 ... (cont.)

the latch has "VIKING"in raised letters in the metal of the body. The latch handle is (was) pot metal and broke off. The sliding panel of the window has a vinyl frame, and has dual pane glass. The overall window size is 48X36.

In the attached photos: #1 = Original Balance #2 = Replacement Balance received item S380-30 Option 2940 I ordered #2 in the photos and have not yet attempted to install the replacement balance but wanted to confirm if they should work. This is the first of several windows in which I need to replace the channel balances for non-tilt. It is clear that they are 1/2 inch. Seems like the part is S380 or S385, but I am concerned that I can't match the 15-2 markings on the existing part. Also, the shoe size difference between part S38 ... (cont.)

I have a closet that has two bifold mirror doors that are not slim. I can not find door handles so have to pull open froim the bottom. Selling house so need to find handles asap. I bought one that was 1 1/2 inches deep that would have worked if it was 2 inches.

I have 2 windows in need of balances. 34 inch length, 1/2 width. Also need clip to mount to windows. What,concerns me is there are two,different style top clips and these are all Jordan windows. Can you help?
