Milgard window balance

Our home was built by Beazer and used either Alenco or HR windows. We have 4 of the window locks that have broken and we need to replace them. We ordered 4 of the 90-309 locks from you (which we will need to return), but they did not work because of the high lip on the part that goes under the win ... (cont.)

This 30 degree bay is from 1992. All 6 windows balancers need to be replaced. All 6 balancers are marked 11600-17 on the face. The 4 outer smaller window balancers are marked 627 on the mounting tab, the 2 center larger window balancers are marked 1031, also on the mounting tab. There are other num ... (cont.)

Hello, please see the attached picture of the broken piece. Is there a way to fix this? Do you have any instructions on how to fix this, or any local handy-men who can do this? Any information is appreciated. Thank you, Lorna

Length is 2-1/4", width at non-roller end is 3/4", roller end is 9/16", wheel is 1-1/2" diameter wheel, height at roller end is 1-7/16"

Photos include the numbers stamped on the balance. The length (not including the plastic end pieces) is 15". As near as I can tell, the shoe measurement is 1 3/32".

Looking for a plastic strip that slips over alum window. There is a strip on each side and runs from top to bottom of window and protects window from sliding alum to alum agins window frame.
