Looking for replacement window balances, channel with spring marked 28D USB, clip at end has wings, 29" long

I have a Jeld Wen window balance I need. See attached pics. Unique 26.5-D-40. 1/2" wide 28" total length.

Attached are pictures of my Milestone single HungSeries 1000 windows. I need the part that holds the glass in place. It is 33.5 inches long and 1/2 by 1/2 inches wide. I hope your have a part that will, I could trim a longer piece if you have a little longer. Thank you. Charles C ... (cont.)

I am repairing many screens in Albuquerque, N.M.. I have need for 5/16" straight cut screen corners that are either UV resistant or metal. Can you help out in any way? The usual ones disintegrate in the sun here.

The piece is antique brass in color. It has what I think is a D on the back followed by the number 1973. The side table I think came from Ashley Furniture about 12 years ago.
