Nothing on windows we could find to identify. Builder referenced us to their rep who said was MI Silverline window (2013). Mgf site says is a window opening control device. Do you handle this part? Thank you.

The house was built in 1976 and the sliding door is original equipment. The door is 1" thick and the opening for the handle set is 7-3/16" x 13/16" (+-1/32).The existing set says "Woodbine Ind Ltd Japan" and the installation hole centers measure 6-5/8". I have a couple of channel balances that are damaged and don't enable me to open the window. I found this on the backside: 28 3 IW CMC 7. I'm wondering if you know what parts I need to fix the window?

I need replacement trim that is not a insulator but covers the casement window. The slot is 3/8 inches and each is trimmed at a 45 degree angle to frame the window like in a picture frame.
