The plastic laches are cracked due to age, I will like to replace them on all my Windos help please

The mirror doors have top and bottom tracks. This is a photo of the spring-loaded top roller. I disengaged it from the track to show as full as possible a photo of it. I believe I need part S395-27 channel balance but I would like an expert opinion first before I place the order. The length is 28".

There are no markings and no numbers on this piece.

This part attaches to the window and rides in the track. It appears to provide a surface for the window to ride against while shimming the gap between the channel and the window. I have two awning windows and one of them had the handle crank stop working. Pictures attached show the working window.

I purchased the 90-021 and it worked fine on my slide window on the right side of my picture window, however it does not seem to work for the left window, is there a right and left model for the 90-021? Your link must be down. The dimension on the web are the same as my parts. The looks and shape of the parts are the same. I find only a '5' marked on my parts. Looking to replace the bottom seals of our wood window sashes. They have failed in the windows on the west side of the house and we wold like to replace the ones on the east side before they are too far gone as well. Any suggestions. Lesa
