The photo shows a spiral balance removed from an MI window installed in a house constructed in 2005. How do I get a replacement?

Hello, I have these old style latches on my windows. They are leaf spring loaded and latch /lock in place on the bottom part of the sash/window frame when the window is closed. Do you carry them or recomend a suitable replacement?

Could you provide a part number and price for the track stop clip. The window manufacturer is Kinco - Jax FL.
