I need a replacement top sliding lever for a NFRC 100/200 French door. This top lever tilts the built in blinds. Some numbers on my door state MST 3068, Code JEL(AZ), rating NFFC, and JEL-5-002. Do you have such a part?

p985 sliding glass door- need new rollers

I guess they are Brass with a wooden middle overlay. Looks like a swans head on each end with a piece that fits into the part that holds it.
