One of the balance pulleys broke apart, snapping the line with it. The other is slightly bent from constant use over the years. A plastic black pivot or swivel that connects to a coil in the track - it is fixed with two Philips screws. Looking for details on this part and/or buying options. Thanks.

Rod length = 26 in. Rod dia. = 3/8 in. Sash weight = 5.6 lb. There were hints of red plastic residue on the top of the slide mixed in with the dust. Please confirm proper spiral balance required. Will also be looking for tool. Thanks, Paul
