T-shaped top round bottom. I've seen it pictured before on your site. I believe it comes in a 14' length. Don't find it now.

I need replacement balances for Jeld Wen Non-Tilt Windows. I believe the window number is JW-12. In the balance there is a number stamped 32 3. It appears the width is 1/2". Would you be able let me know which balance would fit this window? Thank you, Katie

Question Existing balances are ink stamped with 20 4 CX CMC 7 They are S385. I measure the length as 21 inches (total metal channel length). Does the ink mark indicate these are 20 inch units?
