Do you have a bug flap like this one which is just a bit over 2" long?

I have an old Leigh Metal Bifold door that needs a new bottom track, cap and bumper. Approximate measurements for the existing track are: Length 3' Width 1" Height 15/16". Windows are from 1965, this is hard plastic, grey, total height, 9/16. 3/8 wide from window groove to edge. 1/8" snap in loop.

I am looking for a replacement window opener. It is an old Anderson Flexivent window. I believe the Anderson part number is 0333908. It is operated by a lever and not a crank.

Looking to replace the existing top sash guides on several windows where this part is broken. The photos show one that is not broken.
