Looks the same as you as your Caradco 15-104 except the front face where the adjustment screw is located. My part is only 1/4" wide across the front. All the other dimensions are the same. Can you help?

need to obtain Anderson window balances with these codes stamped on the balance box: 11 602-3 and on the same balance box also 600-2. ropes broke on two double hung windows.

The window and glass seal is fine. The frame holding the dual panel window is plastic and has warped and needs to be replaced. Let me know what other information you need. Thanks, Darlene

window won't stay open

The balances on the windows are bad. Windows are Alside Centurion-09L1. Serial number on windows is 058-365876. Made in December of 2008. Would you have these and how much would they run? Also how long to get?

Removable Wooden section that runs horizontally along the entire bottom of a casement window.

Part for the following window: ANSI/AAMA 101-85 Mfgr PS-1 Series 1500/15807/1900/1980. DH-R30 On the channel balance, there is a number stamped: B.S.I. 2830. The channel is 1/2" and the length is about 30 1/8".

They have a 4 marking. Please advise. Kyle

Do your 26-157 and 26-158 parts come complete with springs and set screws? Also, are they sold in sets or individually?

Hi, I have ten of these windows, no markings, wood window frame - but the horizontal beam across the bottom of the top window is flat, then steps down twice.
