The manufacturer is out of business. The lock and both of the clips at the top of the window that hold the window into the tract snapped and broke off during a recent storm. Do you sell replacement parts and how might I identify them?

Looking for a replacement for a balance stamped UNIQUE-23-D-40

We have WeatherShield windows, double hung - 17 years old. The weatherstripping(?) has come away from the frame in almost all of the windows. Need to replace but I don't know what to replace with?? My windows can fold out but can not go up and down. I looked on the internet to learn more about how to fix windows and I think the shoes near the bottom of the window are not sliding all the way down to the bottom. I have to use a lot of force and grease to get them to go down.

Does it matter what side the coil strips are facing when installing the coil balance and balance shoe? I mean if one set up is going on the right side of the window, should the strips of coil face the left or the right! Thanks!
