It has a 3 in one of the grooves that I think identify which particular clip it is. Need to buy a handfull to replace in existing kitchen.

I have many windows that are hard to open, close, several with at least one channel balance that is not attached to the window, like in the picture I attached. The # on the Crestline window is 20394Y27B3P and the window was installed 1994. It is a wood window. The crank simply came out with the double screw. The window will open when we place the screw and crank in the socket; it will NOT close the window.

I need to order wool pile weather stripping. I am wondering how to get the old ones out and the new in. There is no open access on either end. Please advise.
