I have a house that was built in the 1970's. It has original tilting triple track storm windows. Many of the windows have had the window balance spring rust and break - or the plastic end to the window balance has broken. My windows weigh about 16 pounds and the spring is 31 inches and 3/ ... This latch attached to top of lower sash allowing sash to fold in for cleaning. Held in position by two counter sunk screws, center to center distance one and a quarter inch. upper side, releases sash to fold inward

The cord has snapped in a couple of channel balances. They are stamped with 25 5 JS CALDWELL Do you carry replacements? Alternatively, can I purchase new cords for the existing channel balances? Thanks Ken

I have 2 windows that I need Channel Balances. One window has no Channel Balances.
