To whom this may concern, I went to a Home Depot and they told me this was a Simonton window part. They could not order this part in and told me about you guys. I need a replacement "balance" for the other side of a window, in order for the window to stay open. Thanks, Greg

Part is broken just wonder if you have this part since it is not included with the channel balance. It is part of the window.

Can you identify?

I need to replace the track and rollers on a freestanding wardrobe. The opening is 45 3/4" wide. The doors are 3/8" thick - and not close to 60 pounds. The 23-500 seems like it would work, but the track is slightly too long. Can the track be trimmed? If so, what do you recommend for trimming? ~ ... (cont.)

The metal cams in my 15-177 coil balance shoes break fairly often if I have to completely remove and or replace a window , possibly due to expansion and contraction of the house.
