I have Andersen windows, standard kind, with a couple of them having broken sash cords. I saw a Youtube video indicating you have replacement kits. As per the attached photos, the coils spring balance tubes have failed on one set of windows. I need two tubes to fit a 73-74" window. One photo shows the bottom spring clip from an adjacent window.

These windows are very generic and hard to find numbers on. That is why I sent a few that have numbers. There are no numbers on the metal under the glass like most windows have for identification. I am trying to identify and order replacement window balances. I have attached three pictures to identify the top, bottom, and stamp markings. The balance is 33" long and 3/8" wide It is marked with 3230.

We are not sure which end pieces to order with our channel balance.
