Just removed the window balancer from a peachier 90 window. The only number I could find was 3654 1. The problem is the rope was broke on both sides. The balancer is 23.25 long. What should I order?

Hello, the windows in a house I purchased won't stay open (21 of them!). I disassembled one of them and the pivot blocks are shot - spiral balances seem to be ok.
