I could not find any names, numbers or markings on the existing hardware. The end of each spring broke off and got lost. I am guessing that the ends that broke off and got lost are somewhere inside the window frame. I need two more of this part.

Is there a substitute for 21-001? Mary

The balances are from old (1960's) "bilt welll" double hung windows. The balances have "curadco" stamped on them. They measure 8" long x 3 1/8th wide x 7/8ths thick.. do you have something that might work to replace? Let me know, and thanks for the help. Jim

Am trying to rescreen some 40+ year old Pella window screens. The largest spline material I can find is .175 and that is too small to fit in the goove. The existing spline is a metal product. Need a larger diameter spline AND the roller to use on it. PLEASE help!!!!

My windows are Epoch 2300 vinyl double hung pivoting. Installed in 2005. Company no longer in business. I have a broken window balance shoe and need a replacement. Attached are photos of my existing spiral balance. There is, was appears to be, insulation stuffed up around the spiral balance. I'm assuming that I need to replace this insulation when I replace the spiral balance? Any information on this would be helpful.
