My old andersen window balance numbers don't match anything you have listed. The numbers I find on the old balance are; J15 5423 385. I also see another number 11600-17. Parts that need to be replaced, both are from inside the top edge of the bottom single hung window. Part is 2 7/16 long, 5/8 wide. 3/8 thick first step, 5/8 at second step. Notch is 3/16 deep 5/16 long, Top is 1 3/16 X 5/8 X 1/16. Spur leg is 13/16 long at 9/16 it steps in 1/16 on each side ... (cont.)
