Replacement spiral balance shoes
My home was built in 1990, and contains Weather Shield wood double-hung tilt windows. Several of the (upper) balance shoes have become brittle and broken (they are metal). Andersen window balance J15 5423 385.
My old andersen window balance numbers don't match anything you have listed. The numbers I find on the old balance are; J15 5423 385. I also see another number 11600-17. They are on the side with the pull ropes. On the other side there is a number 11600-3, there is also a date 1967 Can and the ... (cont.)

American Craftsman Window Top Sash Guide
Parts that need to be replaced, both are from inside the top edge of the bottom single hung window. Part is 2 7/16 long, 5/8 wide. 3/8 thick first step, 5/8 at second step. Notch is 3/16 deep 5/16 long, Top is 1 3/16 X 5/8 X 1/16. Spur leg is 13/16 long at 9/16 it steps in 1/16 on each side ... (cont.)

scren door handle
I cant find a replacemnt latch / handle set for my screened in patio! Your 40-034 does NOT work. I need a latch set that comes with a metal bar on springs which attaches to the frame. I have enclosed a picture of the type that I need. Can you assist please?
