I need help in finding a replacement please.

Did not find any markings,numbers or names on the right or left sash support coil balance spring(s) which both are required replacing.

Can't seem to find anyone selling this exact replacement, which is understandable as it should be 30+ years old. What crank would work in it's place?

I would like to replace this keyed patio door handle with the same thing or something that will work and install in A similar fashion. Please see the pics. Thanks so Much,
