Need help identifying balances for PGT window where window is about 47" wide x 61" high. Stamped on balance is 29 5 IW CMC 11 as shown in one of the four attached pictures. Metal part of balance is 30" long x 0.5 inches wide. Need to know what balance to order that has proper ends as shown in attach ... (cont.)

I placed an order for 4 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE in option 2630 and tried them on one of my windows. They seem to fit properly and allowed the window to slide up and down smoothly, however it would not stay up on it's own. I'm wondering if I need to get the heavier 2640 option, or even heavie ... We are unable to locate any name/number ect on the window or balance. Its a pretty unique balance so hoping you can ID it for us. We have two window sizes 58 x 34 1/2 and 47 x 21 1/2. We need 4 for the smaller ones and 16 for the larger ones.

Can you please tell me if you have this? I need several thousand feet.

Hello, I want to buy 4 screen roller 1'' steel wheel product code - 84-091M. However, I need to replace one of the four corner brackets that the wheel assembly snaps into....and am hoping by the pictures you can help me get the corner bracket out and put a new one in, so I can put a new wheel in ...
