I have this house that was started in 1999 then abandoned after the shell was complete. The frame of the window wraps around the sash. The removal screw for the balance is behind a portion of the window framing. This is for the lower window only. Do you have any advice on what to do so I can remove the balance. I need to replace them on many of my windows in the entire house.

My question is on Window Corners. Product Code 95-120 and 95-002. What is difference between the two. Do they come in size 2/16 on both ends and 1" long. the 3/16 I believe is wider than mine which are broken.
