Hello, I have a non-tilt window. Markings on balance show 3090 BSI VC 3-5. Looking for comparable part. Tube length is 31 inches. Diameter is 9/16th's inch. Thanks!

I am needing new balances in all my windows, but I'm not sure if I'm buying the right ones. it looks like the brand of my windows is KHIRO or something like that. They are definitely spiral balances. The tube is 19 inches long and the windows are tilt windows.

Windows are from around the '80s, non-tilt out, one side gave out and slid down in the frame so I pulled it out. Looks like one of the pulleys broke a rivet? ID printed on channel – 28 4 GX CMC 11. The metal channel measures 29" long. This has happened before to a couple of the other windows ... (cont.)

This is the part that latches onto the door frame and locks/unlocks the door. Something /inside that turns the gear to make the latch open/close is broken off. Do you have the part pictured?

This is from Milgard casement windows product line 032-167. These seals are badly deteriorated and this is best sampl I could obtain. Base extenson appears to be 1/4'' the bulb is so badly damaged I woiuld guess a little larger than 1/4''.
