I want to replace the countertop weight shoes on my windows the old ones are just cracking and breaking and refusing to slide. I assume I can just replace the shoe not the complete counter balance?I also have the screens which need to have their pins replaced also I’m sending picture of the it ... (cont.)

I think the window is a Jeld-Wen window from around 1998. The window size is tall and narrow (55x16). The long bar connected to the crank handle is 11 1/2 inches long, and it is a right-sided crank out. Do you have a replacement part for this or do you know where I can get one? Thank you. Mike ...
