do you carry parts for mercer industries windows - in particular - locks AEOLUS-800 SH H-LC35-48x60

The metal part is exactly 29" long, 9/16" wide, and 1/2" deep. Stamp on it os 28C USB. Photos attached.

Our door is a Guardian door based on the label in between the glass. It was installed in 1999, and the screw simply shered off. My husband rigged it for now but we need to replace it. He said the screws are 6 1/2 from center to center. Do you know where I can find any handle to replace this? T ... (cont.)

Hi, I found a window that has an intact top,sash window guide. It is slightly different then the 18-188 ones I ordered although they seem to fit in the wimdow. Question: can I use the 18-188 guides or is there another I shouldn't order. Thanks

I have already determined that the balancers are: 29" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-29 Option: 2820 However, I cannot determine which part number this is. It screws into the top of the window sash. They are brittle, and that's why the top portion is missing.

Need ID and purchase new lock and handle for storm door.

Its a Quality cabinet, no markings on plastic part which is broken. Width is approx 1 6/8s, hight is under 1/2 inch.
