From what I could research? It looks to be a Caldwell parts. Top 15P142 bottom 15P72. Stamp on shaft 2740 28 inches long, 9/16's high, 5/8 wide.

Several balances are broken per the photos. There is no weight number on them. I also need the pins. The screw hole for that is 2 inches from the end of the pin per the photo. I googled this piece and it looks like you're recommending another item, but to measure it for confirmation. I don't have a way to measure things to the 32nd of an inch, so I don't know how to do that, but I have a lot of drawer slides to replace.
