This part is located in the glass window frame. It is a stop for the balance channel and is held with one screw in the top of the window frame. The latch on the window frame says "Prime#windo". I'm not sure if that is the manufacturer of the window assembly or just the latch. The balance channels ar ... (cont.)

Do you have these balance shoes for a 2001 double hung window

The crank handle that opens and closes the top of my garden window no longer fully opens/closes my window. Hoping you have a replacement part for the window. See pics attached. Thanks!
