All the windows in my home are from the same manufacturer. The one that looks like a brush fits into a 3/16 slot. The other one also fits into a 3/16 slot, but it has a short nap brush with a plastic strip down the center.

What's a post? The crank has one hole at the top and two at the bottom. From top to bottom the distance is 5.25" measuring from center of hole to center of hole. I sent two photos one of the part broken and the second of it to i identify the part.

The window is not secure to the frame. I think the retaining clips are not holding. Also can not find the correct replacement operator to wind out the window for replacement.

Is there a way to locate the roller part number without taking the door off? All I can find is the glass information.
